I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We do our best to send goods as soon as we can. Please wait 4-7 days production time for your order to be sent out, average delivery time is 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order is shipped. . Send us an email if you do not have a tracking number for seven companies info@silverpoppel.com.

I'm not in love with my order, can it be returned? What happens if there is a problem?
We offer 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on the returned packages.
Note: If your package is on its way, you must wait until it arrives and return it before receiving a refund.

I entered an incorrect address. What am I doing now?

If you have misspelled or automatically filled in an incorrect address, just reply to your order form and confirm. Please let us know by e-mail at info@silverpoppel.com. when you double-check if the address provided is incorrect. If the specified address is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct address within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
